Waffle Dress

But unfortunately the cut of this dress just doesn’t flatter for me. I tried the L and it was big in the shoulders but perfectly skimmed my midsection. I tried the M and it was perfect in the upper body but too snug around midsection. This is most likely a “me” issue, being less than a year postpartum. But I wish this fit because I love the fabric and having it in a dress is a lovely idea. For science I’m 5’5”, 165 lbs, 39” bust, 33” waist (and mama belly), 42” hips.

I love the waffle dress & so does my husband. He thinks it’s very flattering and loves for me to wear it. It is incredibly soft & flowy. Just the perfect length to wear with or without leggings, I love to wear mine with knee high wool socks!

The waffle dress is amazing. It is so warm and cozy! I’m a standard dress size 6 and I went with a small, and it’s a perfect fit. It is longer than the photos suggest, I’m 5’6” and the dress is past my knees. It is incredible for layering with strappy dresses and over shirts. I wish it had pockets, and came in more colours, but that’s my only complaint!

It takes a while for this “dress” to feel soft against the skin. However from day 1 it helps to regulate my body temperatures at night reducing the number and severity of night sweats and heat flashes. I am also glad that it is easy to wash on my machine’s gentle cycle with wool detergent and then hang on a hanger to dry.
